Apparently I was the one driving last night. I have no recollection of it and did not drink enough to black out, so I’m pretty sure I was drugged at the last place I went to, TSI. My truck and the parked car I hit are probably totaled, I took out a fence and a mailbox and left the truck in the middle of the street. My sister said she came home around three and found me wondering in the street muttering about something incomprehensible. When the cop came to the house at 4am-ish, I didn’t know why they were waking me up. I was actually wondering how I got home.

Anyway, we’re now trying to piece together the bits of my night that I can’t remember. So far everyone has painted a picture of a restrained Chris, one that was not drinking much at all, taking shots of water with the tequila drinkers; this is not the normal me. As of now, we don’t know what happened, and may never know…

I’m going back to Tally tonight with someone’s car, and then may not be driving for a long time. Honestly, I’m lucky to not be in jail or the hospital.

All I can say is, watch your drinks ladies, there’s no telling who wants to ruin your evening…

And to whoever decided I was attractive enough to drug, next time, ask first…

I’m easier than I look ;)

And decided it would be cool to deposit it at my house after they crashed into my neighbor’s car…

Not only do the cops think I am responsible, so do my parents…

I should’ve stayed in Tallahassee tonight.

If I have to leave every bar I go to, he will not spoil my evening out…

*sigh*

I look like a BAMF tonight. I wish I had a camera, damnit…

So I’m driving back tonight so that I
1) Can get dressed up and go out tonight
2) Won’t have to be before 8 to make it to the game.

All in all it’s a win-win I think. Pocket square in pocket, I’m off to the Ville…

Its not like I’ll be doing anything either way, and since I’m just going back for the game, it’s a toss-up… If I go home, I’ll either sit at home and watch tv or go stand at the bar and socialize. If I stay here, I’m just going to sit here with my blanket and watch tv. I’m not sure which is less fun at this point.

Sometimes it helps having other people’s opinions bouncing around.

Another day spent inside for this grad student… I don’t even think I’m going to make it back to Jax tonight. I am knee deep in the literature review for my last paper of the semester and I am DYING to be over and done with it. Not to mention I still have three PowerPoints to make and a final exam to start reading for.

Why don’t they make my textbooks into an audio CD form so I can be accomplishing something for school while I travel; or maybe I just need to find that sidekick to drive me around everywhere… That’d be nice. I’ll win the lottery and make that happen.

Actually, two books depending on who you talk to. One people will buy, the other that people will probably ignore but will get me a Ph.D.

*UPDATE- I’m still working on the beverage blog. I’m trying to get enough posts ironed out that I can let it roll for a month before having to worry about starting new posts again. That way, when the semester starts back up, I can just queue everything and let it roll out automatically.*

I’m still in bed at noon watching season 5 of Weeds on Megavideo.  I have no cognizant plans of doing anything else.  Does Starbucks deliver?

OK… You and I are going to meet one day because I’m pretty sure we’re the same person. Although, instead of Weeds, I’m watching Dexter. And I know I’ve supposedly got people to see today but I will be ignoring their texts/calls until I’m done catching up with Season 4.

MARS ATTACKS! Is on TBS. Thank you Ted Turner for for having one network that shows half-way awful but amazing movies.

I mean, there are so many great actors in this horrible movie that you can;t help but just sit and be amazed at how awful their agents must be that they actually thought this movie would be a boon to their careers. Nonetheless, here I sit, wine in hand, watching Glenn Close and Jack Nicholson pretend to lead the free world while being coached on by Martin Short and Pierce Brosnan.

Fabulous, baby. Simply fabulous.

White Collar…

This is how I envision my life. Well, minus the whole prison time and ankle tracker.

Yea, nice clothes, lodgings, food, NYC life and of course, pocket squares to spare. Why can’t I just live like that now? I wore a blazer with a PS last night to dinner, and people looked at me like I was crazy. I wish I could pull it off in this town.
